C6 Year 13 VS Chelsea

C6 started the game the better side, despite Chelsea having had the better opportunities to open the scoring with a one-on-one and a free header in the box both going their way. C6 finally took the lead when Charlie Mcguish headed home from a corner. C6 pushed forward and the chances kept coming, with Harry Timbrell hitting the crossbar. On the 15 minute mark, C6 got a second through Harry Hudson. C6 then got a third through Jack Tysom’s superb finish.

Half Time / C6 3 – 0 Chelsea

Within one minute of the second half C6 had a penalty. Harry Timbrell was fouled in the box and the penalty was tucked away by Charlie Mcguish. C6 couldn’t quite find the 5th goal they really deserved. The game finished 4 – 0 to C6. A great finish for the boys at The County Ground with only one remaining game to play this season.

C6 Year 12 VS Crystal Palace

The game started quite slowly with neither side getting the ball down and playing. Palace took the lead through a well timed finish from the left. Five minutes on from the goal, C6 midfielder Luke Plumb hit the top of bar directly from a corner. Towards the end of the second half, Palace found the back of net to make it 2 – 0.

Half Time / C6 0 – 2 Crystal Palace

Town came out of the blocks better in the second half, with Xavi Diaz-Butcher having the best chance. Will Hickey was then called into action and managed to make a good save. From the resulting corner Palace got a third through an unfortunate own goal. C6 grabbed a conciliation minutes later with Luke Plumb tucking away a penalty.
