The STFC Community Foundation’s Invite Only Foundation Centres are designed to support players who have been identified as high achievers within our Foundation Centres programme.

These sessions provide a more advanced environment for players to further develop their technical ability, game understanding, and overall performance, while acting as a key pathway into our Advanced and Elite squads.

Delivered by our FA Level 2 and UEFA qualified coaches, the Invite Only Foundation Centres focus on challenging and stretching players within a high-quality training setting, alongside like-minded individuals.

Players attending the Invite Only Foundation Centres benefit from:

• Termly training opportunities with the Advanced squad for their age group 
• Fixture opportunities to test and apply their skills in a game environment 
• Ongoing monitored progress, with regular feedback to support their development 

The programme is closely aligned with our Advanced and Elite pathways, ensuring players are given the best opportunity to reach their full potential within the Swindon Town Community Foundation player pathway.
