The STFC Community Foundation’s Youth Foundation Centres are a key step on the path to your child developing their footballing skills and ability.

This hugely popular programme takes place at Foundation Park, offering structured technical coaching sessions each week to over 500 girls and boys of all abilities.

These one-hour weekly sessions are delivered in three stages consisting of:

• A warm-up
• A technical coaching session delivered by Swindon Town Foundation FA Level 2 and UEFA qualified coaches 
• A coached game, allowing players to put into practice the skills and techniques learnt throughout the session 

In addition to helping your child improve their football ability, we also promote social interaction and educate participants on the importance of teamwork, communication, and fitness.

The Youth Foundation Centres enable our FA Level 2 and UEFA qualified coaches to identify talented players who may have the potential to progress to our Youth Foundation Invitational Centres, Girls’ Centre of Excellence programme, or our Elite and Advanced programmes.

The courses run alongside the school term and cost just £5.50 per session, paid monthly.
