STFC players Dion Conroy, Michael Doughty, Mathieu Baudry, Jerry Yates, and the Gaffer himself Richie Wellens all came down to Croft Primary school to join in with one of the Foundation’s coaching sessions, as well as answering questions and signing autographs. 

Wellens has made it very clear in his pre-season interviews that increasing community engagement is paramount in his plans for the club. It’s great to see the players getting stuck in, and even better to see the young participants getting so excited to meet and play with them.
