Today the EFL Utilita Kids Cup took place here at Foundation Park!

We’ve welcomed 12 teams from Cambridge, Cheltenham, Colchester, Crawley, Exeter, Forest Green, Leyton Orient, Newport, Northampton, Plymouth, Stevenage, and Swindon who all played their hardest for their place in the final.

After some fantastic group stages, and tense semi finals, it was the Leyton Orient team who came out victorious after a tense penalty shoot-out, and will be heading to Wembley to play the final of the EFL Utilita Kids Cup!

We’d like to offer our sincere congratulations to the team from St. Francis school for reaching the regional final of the EFL Utilita Kids Cup today. You did us proud, and were an absolute credit to yourselves, to the Foundation and to STFC. Although you narrowly missed out on the place at Wembley, you put in an incredible performance to get to the final, and you should be very proud of yourselves today.
