At Swindon Town Community Foundation, we are proud to deliver the Premier League Inspires programme, an initiative designed to support and empower young people aged 11 – 18 through the power of football.

Funded by the Premier League, Premier League Inspires uses the appeal of the game to engage students who may be at risk of disengaging from education. Through a combination of mentoring, workshops and social action projects, the programme helps young people develop essential life skills, build confidence and create positive pathways for their future.

Working closely with local schools, our dedicated staff deliver engaging sessions that focus on personal development, character building and fostering positive attitudes. Participants are encouraged to explore topics such as resilience, communication, teamwork, leadership and decision-making, equipping them with skills that extend far beyond the classroom and the football pitch.

A key element of Premier League Inspires is giving young people a voice within their communities. Through social action projects, students identify issues that matter to them and work together to create meaningful change, developing a sense of responsibility, pride and community engagement.

By harnessing the inspirational power of football and the Swindon Town badge, the programme provides opportunities for young people to overcome challenges, realise their potential and achieve their goals.
