The Swindon Town Community Foundation endeavours to deliver an annual SEN and physical disabilities festival for children who attend special needs schools and units within the county of Wiltshire. 

In preparation, we visit around 10 – 12 schools offering coaching sessions, culminating in the disability festival where all the schools attend. The children are offered coaching workshops, fun game activities, and matches throughout the day, and everybody goes away with a goodie bag.

We historically have had around 100 young students attend, travelling far and wide from their respective schools in places such as Devises, Salisbury, Chippenham, and Trowbridge.

In the past, we have delivered the festival in Autumn and Spring, so we can involve the young students of our C6 programme. We believe working together towards the festival can be of a great benefit to both groups.
