Whitsun Course[/caption] Last week marked another successful Half Term Course for STFC Football in the Community with our Mainstream, Goalkeeping, Girls and Elite courses all running over the Whitsun break. This was our third holiday course of 2014 which saw over 150 girls and boys join us for the three or four days. We also hosted matches for our boys advanced age groups who played Cardiff City on Thursday afternoon. Our U 12’s/U 15’s Centre for Excellence girls played Cheltenham on Friday and our U 11’s, U 13’s, and U 15’s Centre for Excellence played Portsmouth FC on Saturday, bringing the total amount of children involved last week to over 350! Well done to both the Boys and Girls sides who battled hard and displayed some great phases of Football.
