U12 ETC Players Take Centre Stage as Mascots At STFC Women’s Match
Last week, some of our U12 ETC players had the fantastic opportunity to be mascots at the Swindon Town Women’s fixture against Bristol Rovers. The experience followed their involvement in the Head For Change Brain Safe programme, recognising their commitment to learning and development away from the pitch.
Before kick-off, the girls had the chance to meet the players and experience the matchday preparations up close. They then proudly walked out with the team, representing the programme in front of the crowd.
The evening concluded with the girls selecting and presenting the Player of the Match award to Sarah King. As a former player from our girls’ Centre for Excellence, Sarah’s journey provides real inspiration for the next generation coming through the pathway.
We love our supporters.
And we love what we do. But we couldn’t do it without these great people that get behind us. Be a supporter.
