To celebrate the New Year in January, The Swindon Town Football in the Community Trust are holding a Twilight and Street Games Football Festival on Saturday 11^th January 2014 which will see teams of players assembled from Twilight Football and StreetGames Doorstep sessions, take part in our Saturday Match Day Experience. It will also see teams from the Finals day at @Futsal on Saturday 28^th December 2013 involved too as a winners prize. The day offers all players a ground tour of STFC’s County Ground, a Champions League Final tournament at St Joseph’s Catholic College with prizes, a Domino’s Pizza lunch followed by a match ticket to the big League One clash at the County Ground between Swindon Town vs Peterborough Utd. Dave Chapple along with his Twilight Football staff, and Doug Imrie and his StreetGames Team have combined players/​teams from the local Twilight tournaments held before Christmas, as well as inviting finalists from the @Futsal day on Saturday 28^th December 2013, as they have qualified for this great opportunity. The day should be an exciting occasion for the youngsters, especially as they get to compete in a tournament for prizes, whilst having an opportunity to watch a Swindon Town first team match, for which may be a new experience for some of the attenders.
