Swindon Town Football in the Community Development Centres kicked off this week in eight locations around Swindon and Wiltshire. The Centres are for children aged 5 – 14 years and cater for all abilities from starters to players who have the ability to progress to our Advanced Centres. The Community Trust also have three girls only groups including a new group that targets girls aged 5 – 8 years. Shane Hewlett who oversees the Development Centres said ​“It has been a great start this week to the centres with our new look coaching team,the emphasis of the centres is to create a safe and fun environment whilst providing structured sessions, we are looking forward to welcoming 600 children back this week with opportunities for players to progress into the STFC Adv Centres and Girls CFFE.
