The Croft Sports hall will be hosting this very special event on Thursday 15th October, where over 100 children with a variation of special needs and disabilities will engage in a day of fun and competition. Disability photo3 This Years marks the tenth anniversary of this unique event where all the schools come together to break down the barriers of disability in association of their passion and love for the game of football. In the morning the youngsters will participate in various workshops and football sessions before taking the field in the afternoon to play matches against each other and test out the new skills they have learned. Clive Maguire, Football and Community Trust Manager said This event all proves to be one of the highlights on our annual calendar with us being very much in the mindset of inclusion where all these youngsters really do break down those barriers concerning disability. As in previous years everyone will go away with a memento of the day and we are all very excited on delivering another successful festival this year”.
