[caption id=“attachment_5492” align=“alignright” width=“300”] CFFE u15’s[/caption] [caption id=“attachment_5493” align=“alignright” width=“300”] CFFE u12’s[/caption] Monday 22^nd December saw STFiTC’s Centre for football excellence girls and advanced boys play games against eachother as well as matches against Yeovil Town and Cheltenham Town at Stratton Community Centre and Dorcan Recreation Complex. On a cold December day our CFFE Under 10’s, 11’s, 12’s, 13’s, 15’s and 16’s Girls were all in action as well as our Under 9’s and Under 12’s boys who took part from our Advanced Centre. The whole day was a fantastic success for all teams taking part as they continued their elite programme of matches against the stern opposition of Yeovil Town and Cheltenham Town. Shane Hewlett Womens and Girls Development Officer commented ” The games were excellent for all the girls and boys taking part with all our teams playing the game in a tremendous spirit. The games allowed us to see how much our Girls and Advanced Boys have learnt from their training sessions with their coaches and gives them a chance for them to pull on the red shirt and put those skills into a game situation.
