STFC Lockdown Challenge!
Over the next five weeks, we’re going to be setting five challenges per week that we hope will help you exercise your body, your mind, and your well-being.
Each week we will add a new challenge card onto this page, with five challenges that you can complete in any order — although we suggest you try one a day during the week. We know that you’re all a lot busier this lockdown, so the challenges shouldn’t take too long — some should only take a few minutes.
Take a photo of you trying each activity, and attach it to the challenge card. At the end of the week, email your completed challenge cards back to us, with your name and age, and you’ll be entered into the competition!
