STFC Foundation Conquers Snowdon
Snowdon Conquered
This weekend a team of 16 climbers, including 3 of our own Foundation staff took on the incredible feat of climbing Mount Snowdon. Joining Andy, Paul and Shane were were current and former Football Fans in Training (FFIT) participants, who took to the LLanberis Path on Saturday, facing challenging weather conditions all day.
Despite the scorching heat, blustering wind and torrential rain, the entire team smashed the climb, and we’re proud of each and every one of them.
The climb served as a brilliant way to reconnect with current and former FFIT participants, helping reinforce the positive habits and healthy lifestyles the programme promotes. Alongside this, the group were raising money for the John Trollope MBE Statue, which will stand outside Foundation Park to honour one of Swindon Town’s greatest players.

You can still donate towards our John Trollope statue, via the link below

We love our supporters.
And we love what we do. But we couldn’t do it without these great people that get behind us. Be a supporter.
