Our Foundation Centre participants were treated to an exciting surprise last weekend when players of the Swindon Town Academy dropped in during one of their training sessions.

The visit proved to be very inspiring for our young players as the Academy players took time to chat with the children, offering a glimpse into the life of a young footballer progressing through Swindon Town’s development pathway. They were taught the importance of teamwork, commitment, and most importantly having fun whilst playing on the pitch.

It was great to see the big smiles on all the young players faces and we want to say a big thank you to all the academy players who took time out of their morning to surprise all the children.
