[caption id=“attachment_5505” align=“alignright” width=“300”] Twilight boys on the STFC day out[/caption] [caption id=“attachment_5506” align=“alignright” width=“300”] Twilight Boys[/caption] As a reward for regular attendance at the Twilight football sessions sixteen boys played a football match and were treated to Pizza and a ticket to the Swindon v Doncaster match on Saturday 20^th December 2014. Twilight football is an initiative run by STFITC in conjunction with Swindon Borough Council. The overall aim of the Twilight programme is to create a safer, stronger, more respectful community through the development of young people’s potential, which is complemented by a range of interrelated and overlapping objectives ie. Coaching Qualifications, Personal Mentoring and experience in a sporting capacity with a professional football club, not least being the promotion of health and happiness for our young people. The Twilight project runs at various locations around Swindon – Oakfield at 6.30−8.00 on Mondays; Goddard Park 7.30−8.30 and Croft 9.00−10.00 on Fridays, starting again week commencing 5^th January 2015.
