Rainbows receive donation of colouring pencils[/caption] 18th Swindon Rainbows were overjoyed to receive a donation of colouring pencils from Swindon Town Football in the Community. Unit Leader Willow said “We’re a relatively new unit and although we had a small start up grant and do use part of the girls’ subs for resources, this will enable them to have a pencil case of colours each, instead of sharing one between five.” Clive Maguire was pleased to be able to help out saying “I’m delighted to see that they’ve gone to a good home where I’m sure they’ll be well used.” Rainbows are the youngest branch of the Girlguiding organisation at 5 – 7 years, they follow a programme called Roundabouts, such as Get Healthy, Global Adventure and All About Me.
