PFA Community Player of the Year

We are delighted to announce that Matty Taylor has won the Swindon Town Football in the Community PFA Community Player of the Year for the 2017⁄18 season.
The Award recognises and champions players all around the country who give the most back to their local communities. Matty has been a perfect example of the good community work of players and its impact throughout the season supporting a range of good community causes.
This not only brings huge enjoyment to participants but also raises the profile of community issues and positive reach of Swindon Town Football Club away from the pitch through Swindon Town Football in the Community.
Head of Trust Jon Holloway said: “The community appearances Matty has attended with us this year have been inspirational for our participants. We all know Matty is a model professional and his engagement with the children on our Holiday Camps and his numerous post-game appearances have really reflected that. We’d like to thank him and all the players for their continued support in championing our community projects this season.”
Congratulations Matty and thank you for your contributions throughout this season.
We love our supporters.
And we love what we do. But we couldn’t do it without these great people that get behind us. Be a supporter.
