Our 2026 Zambia Tournament, proudly sponsored by Roots, was a fantastic success as 30 teams battled it out across three age groups in pursuit of championship glory.

The action got underway with the U9s tournament, where 10 local grassroots teams competed in an exciting Champions League-style format. After a day full of competitive football, it was Royal Wootton Bassett who emerged victorious in dramatic fashion. Trailing late in the final, they equalised with the very last kick of the game before going on to score the golden goal and secure a thrilling 2 – 1 victory.

Next came the U10s tournament, which delivered more excitement and drama. Croft claimed the title after a closely contested final, scoring the decisive golden goal to seal a hard-fought 1 – 0 win and become champions of their age group.

The day concluded with the U11s tournament, which proved to be highly competitive throughout. However, there could only be one winner, and Fairford Thunderbolts rose above the competition to claim the trophy. They produced an impressive performance in the final, securing a deserved 1 – 0 victory while keeping a clean sheet.
