Today is World Alzheimers day, and we invited the participants of our Memory Café to Foundation Park for a morning of activities, as well as the all-important tea and cake! 

Our Memory Cafés run every month, and offer the opportunity to meet with people and carers in similar situations, to take part in fun activities and just have a chat in a friendly environment. For more information on our Memory Cafés please email Shane@​STFCfoundation.​com.
