Congratulations to Lyneham Primary who played their first ever game against East Wichel Primary School. In a nail biting game East Wichel finally came out on top 4 goals to 1 in what was the Swindon’s team first victory of the season. Shane Hewlett, Lyneham Coach, has been working really hard with the children since the start of the year. He has commented: ​“I was extremely proud of my side. Today was their first ever game together and they worked really hard for each other. The most important thing that our team were smiling at the end of the game and were gracious in defeat.” The Schools will meet again in the second leg after the Easter Half Term.
