Join the team at Swindon Town FC Community Foundation as a Community Development Officer, supporting the delivery and development of our education and community programmes.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone passionate about education, coaching, mentoring and using sport to create positive opportunities for young people and our wider community.

As part of the role, you will:

• Support our university degree students as one of our University Degree Mentors, helping students navigate and progress through their blended learning degree programmes while supporting their academic, practical and personal development.
• Coach and develop our Post-16 education teams, supporting students to develop their individual football ability, while also leading teams on matchdays in the EFL Community Education Football League.
• Mentor our part-time, Post-16 and degree students through volunteering opportunities, supporting their personal and professional development, delivering coach education and helping them to develop the coaching skills and experience needed for future careers within sport and education.
• Deliver across our wider community programmes, working across our key pillars of Sports Participation, Health, Social Inclusion and Schools to create positive experiences and opportunities for people across our community.
