We are calling out to all men and women aged between 35 – 65!

Our FREE 12 week programme is starting in May 2022! This hugely successful 12-week course is proven to help men and women lose weight, live a healthier lifestyle, and change their life for the better!

- One 90 minute session per week.

- Theory element covering various topics in order to help you lead a healthier lifestyle.

- Active session- not just football! We do a variety of exercises to help you increase your physical activity. 

- Visits from some Swindon Town FC Legends and past participants.

The programme covers key lifestyle choices, such as nutrition, health, exercise, portion sizes, and most importantly keeping yourself active. Many of our participants are now taking part in regular weekly activities to maintain their healthier lifestyles.

Our May Football Fans in Training courses are open for booking! Our ladies and mens courses are starting on 4th and 5th of May respectively and are completely FREE.
