We have recently finished our latest FFIT programme and we have seen some outstanding results from everyone! Below is a before and after image of one of our previous participants Sam, who had some amazing results over the course of the 12 weeks, losing an astonishing 14.8kilos! Congratulations Sam!

So, after we have all enjoyed our Christmas break, we want to help you out with your new years resolutions… what better way to kick off the new year, by signing up for our FREE 12 week health and lifestyle course, here at Swindon Town FC Community Foundation.

The aim of the course is to help you make long lasting lifestyle changes, improving your health and overall wellbeing. We cover many topics to do with food and drink, and take you through some important physical activity sessions each time you visit! We have the following availability beginning on the 19th of January:

Mens 18 – 35 years old- Spaces available

Mens 35 – 65 years old- Limited availability

Ladies 35 – 65 years old- Full
