Last week, we hosted our Boys’ Utilita Cup events at Foundation Park, where two primary schools rose to the top across a series of exciting fixtures. On Tuesday, Covingham School delivered a string of dominant performances throughout the day, ultimately securing a convincing 3 – 0 victory in the final.

Then on Thursday, it was St Mary’s Primary School who impressed, showing remarkable composure during penalty shootouts in both their semi-final and final matches. As a result, both schools will now go head-to-head in a deciding final to determine who will represent Swindon at the regional Utilita Cup tournament.

A huge thank you goes out to all the schools that took part in the tournaments. Across both days we witnessed some fantastic goals, great teamwork, and plenty of sportsmanship from every team involved.
