After being a major success when they took the County Ground pitch in the Half Time interval during Swindon Town’s home match against Bristol City in September, the STFITC Extra Time Men are set to take centre stage again, not once but twice in the coming week. When high flying Wolves visit SN1 on Tuesday evening (11^th March), 14 of our Extra Timers will feature during Half Time, in which they’ll represent both teams. Three days later on Saturday 15^th March, sees the return leg of their match up against the Bristol City Extra Time men, during Swindon’s big derby clash at Ashton Gate. All of the STFITC men have been training hard in preparation for the return leg by practising during their sessions on a Tuesday with Coach Beth Thompson. Both teams will go into the game after drawing 0 – 0 in the first leg at the County Ground, after a close game. Good luck to all of our men in both fixtures. COME ON SWINDON!
