Swindon Town FC Community Foundation are partnering with the STFC Official supporters club to deliver 100 Christmas parcels to elderly and vulnerable supporters as part the Foundation’s Tackling Loneliness Together project.

With Christmas just six weeks away the planning has started to assemble the special parcels that will be delivered on Tuesday 22^nd December by a team of community volunteers.

Anthony, from the Official Supporters Club, said:

“It’s been a very tough year for everyone and we’re delighted to be working with the team at Foundation Park to spread a little happiness to fellow Town fans this Christmas.”

Head of the STFC Community Foundation added: 

“Everyone knows what a challenging year this has been and even more so for the elderly and vulnerable, so to be able to deliver 100 special Christmas parcels will hopefully put a big smile on the faces of the recipients. It is great to work in partnership with the Official STFC Supporters Club and we very much look forward to seeing the Swindon supporters when we do the garden gate visits on the 22^nd December.”
