It has been a very emotional day visiting Chris Kirkland and reminiscing about so many wonderful memories and experiences. Sadly Chris’s consultant has told him that he may only have a few weeks to live. 

Chris has asked us to share this news and reiterate how extremely grateful himself, Maureen and his family have been in reading the huge amount of messages people have posted about their fond memories and appreciation of Chris. 

This has certainly helped Chris through these tough times. Even with this devastating news, Chris remains his inspirational self, with his very special smile.
