In last week’s Girls’ CEFA Cup Final the winning goal was scored by our very own Hannah Peachey. Not only was it an absolute blinder of a goal, it was extra special to us because Hannah has been a participant with us since she was just five years old. 

Hannah joined what is now known as our Mini Foundation Centres and has been a participant with us, up to her joining our Centre for Footballing Excellence, and after finishing secondary school, joining our C6 further education programme, and becoming Captain of the Girls’ Team. 

Hannah is an amazing advert for our programmes and pathway, but is a shining example of what we could hope to expect from one of our participants, having consistently showed a fantastic attitude, behaviour and work ethic.

So a very special congratulations to Hannah, from everyone at the STFC Community Foundation.
