2021 Lockdown Challenge!

For this lockdown, we’re doing something a bit different!

Over the next five weeks, we’re going to be setting five challenges per week that we hope will help you exercise your body, your mind, and your well-being.

Each week we will add a new challenge card onto this page, with five challenges that you can complete in any order — although we suggest you try one a day during the week. We know that you’re all a lot busier this lockdown, so the challenges shouldn’t take too long — some should only take a few minutes.

Take a photo of you trying each activity, and attach it to the challenge card. At the end of the week, email your completed challenge cards back to us, with your name and age, and you’ll be entered into the competition!

Everyone who enters will win a prize!

How to Enter!

First, you’ll need to download a challenge card.

You can download it as an interactive PDF document or a word document.

With the interactive PDF you can just click on the challenge and it will give you the option to upload a picture, you then just save the document and it’s done!

On some computers, PDFs will open in a browser by default and the interactive elements may not work. We would suggest using Adobe Acrobat Reader. If your computer does not have Acrobat Reader as standard, you can click here to download it completely free.

With the Word Document, you can use the template to insert or paste the pictures into the document, and then move them to the correct position. Once this is done, just save the document to update it.

Submitting Your Completed Card

Please return your completed cards to us via email, to Andy@​STFCfoundation.​com. The deadline for Week Two’s entries is Monday January 25th.

Points and Prizes

Each challenge completed will get you ONE POINT. There is also ONE BONUS POINT per person available each week for sharing a picture or video of you trying a challenge on social media, and tagging @STFCfoundation. This means there is a maximum of SIX POINTS up for grabs, per person, per week.

At the end of the five weeks, the number of points you have achieved will put you in one of three prize tiers, and everyone who enters will win a prize!

We will also be choosing two entrants from the five weeks to win the special Foundation Prize. This might not be the person who has the most points, but the person who we think best embodies the challenge!
